The faculty comprises of a dedicated team of teachers, mostly Masters Degree holders, trained in Arts, Commerce and Science subjects. They take particular care to develop not only subjective talents but also to bring up moral and social outlook among the students.

The team is headed by Mrs. B. Mitra, under whose able guidance the school has achieved stellar academic performance in the recent years. The methods of teaching focus on promoting the skills of comprehension, analysis, inference, interpretation and good writing. Equal emphasis is placed on co-curricular activities to ensure all round development of the students. Intellectual pursuit, academic as well as cultural is the primary focus. The teaching staff helps the children not only to achieve academic excellence, but also to grow into responsible, caring citizens and honest, decent human beings.
